Cialis: The daily use of Cialis at the 5mg dose is usually for benign prostatic hypertrophy(BPH) which is an enlarged prostate. It is approved for this use. The higher doses (maximum is 20mg) used for erectile dysfunction should be cleared with your doctor after a discussion and evaluation of your testicular function and other factors.
