UTI : Most UTIs in women can be treated via a simple telemedicine visit. Although there are times when a urine culture is needed prior to treatment which would require an in-person visit. If she has frequent UTIs, a UTI in 6 months, back pain, fever, dizziness, or complicated bladder or kidney issues than that require an in-person visit. A careful history should also try to rule out STIs.

See Dr. for culture : It would be safest to see your Dr. to get a urine culture and urinalysis to determine what the issue might be. Then appropriate antibiotics can be prescribed. It also might be something else, so it’d be smart to see your Dr. for an exam and tests. Best of luck.
