Call your doctor: Light pink discharge in the third trimester is typically bleeding from the cervix. This might be from recent intercourse, a recent exam by your doctor, or from cervical dilation. In the absence of pain or contractions, this is probably fine, but you can call or go see your doctor to make sure you're not in labor.
