When baby heart been is seen in ultrasound? my wife gestational age is 4 weeks. gestational sac is seen but not no foetel node is seen. pls guide.

Early Preg: Best thing to do is to wait 7-10 days and then repeat the ultrasound. Also, blood pregnancy tests done 48 hours apart can also tell if the pregnancy is normal or failed.
