Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests a thrombosed hemorrhoid, i.e. a hemorrhoid with a blood clot. If you cannot see your doctor, you could watch and wait. If the lesion bleeds, has a pus discharge or more than doubles in size it would be prudent to see your doctor. Be healthy!
