In general chest ...: One should See the Doctor if the Chest Pain is New or Persisting. Also if there are associated symptoms like Shortness of Breath, Cough, hiccups, nausea and any other symptoms that make one uncomfortable. In general chest pain in anyone at midlife should be evaluated by the Doctor.
