Watch technique: You may not be using the right technique may be problem You should do regular nipple care. At this stage you could hold breastfeeding to allow healing of the nipple Clean the nipple before each feed with warm clean towel or cotton and you could use Vaseline to relieve the dryness in between feeds and for healing Apply breast pump appropriately after cleaning to get milk for now. Formula is option
