For the last 3 weeks i have had a minor rash on the head of my penis. it causes no discomfort except for occasional itching or pain but i cannot confirm this is from the rash. no pictures online seem to match what i have so what could this be?

Urgent Care Exam!: What you are describing could be an infection which should be treated as quickly as possible. Please avoid sexual contact with your penis until this is resolved.
