Postmenopause bleed: Post menopausal bleeding can indicate that there is something going on in the Uterus. Common causes include Fibroids, Adenomyosis, Polyps, Cancer. Your mom should see her Gyn Dr. They can do a thorough exam and imaging to determine the underlying cause. Hyperthyroidism can contribute, but is not typically the cause. Meds take weeks/months to regulate the Thyroid.
