A member asked:

I am only 29 years old and found out i have 13 degree levocurvature of the thoracic lumbar spine. is this something to be worried about. im in constant pain in my mid back under my shoulder blade and consist lower back pain?

Some basics: Of spinal curvatures yours would be considered mild & unlikely to be responsible for pain. You can actually trigger some transient curvature if your back muscles are in spasms (pain). I would suggest an evaluation & physical therapy to help you improve the situation. Back pain can be triggered by many factors & often require time & effort to sort out.
