Many things: Fishy odor with discharge can be caused by bacterial vaginosis and can be seen even in people who are virginal. Trich, a sexually transmitted infection, can also cause a fishy odor. Other sexually transmitted infections, in general, can cause a weird smell or discharge from the vagina. Urine can have a weird smell with a urinary tract infection. The best thing is to get checked.
