How can i improve my swallow, gag, and uvular reflexes? also, how can i prevent my one tonsil (which is larger than the other) from constantly getting tonsil stones, and how can i decrease it's size?

Swallowing : If you are having trouble swallowing safely, you should see a Speech therapist for treatment. You may also to see an ENT (ear, nose throat doctor, also called an Otolaryngologist) to address your tonsil problem.
