I've been getting a lot of tonsil stones recently. should i be concerned? i don't want to get my tonsils removed, can a better diet prevent it?

No worries: Aside from the irritation and bad breath there is nothing bad about them. Removal of tonsils would help but is not necessary. Using a water pik type device to wash them out is helpful. Diet won't affect it.
