I was on amoxicillin and take the birth control called apri. i had an incident where the protection broke so i took a plan b. today im noticing light orange discharge and pain when urinating. is it possible to be pregnant or am i imaging things?

Plan B: If taken within 24 hours of sexual intercourse it can reduce risk of pregnancy by 95%. Normally plan B does not cause pain with urinating although it can lead to various changes in normal vaginal bleeding patterns. Don't know how long ago you took the Plan B. Home pregnancy test can be taken about 2 weeks after sexual intercourse if you are ever concerned about possible pregnancy.
