See your doctor: If you also have numbness and tingling, it may be a form of carpal tunnel syndrome which is when the nerves in your wrist are compressed. Certain sleep positions and computer and phone use can make it worse. Injury is also a possible cause. Please consult with your doctor as you need an examination to determine best next steps for evaluation and treatment. They may refer you to a specialist.

Wrist pain: Agree with Dr. Ungerleider. These symptoms are obviously impacting function and quality of life. This warrants medical assessment.
