Bilirubinemia?: She could be exhibiting bilirubinemia, which is a deposition of bile in the skin and other tissues. It often causes itchiness of the skin, yellow eyes,, and dark/yellow urine. Bilirubin can be elevated from blockages of the small bile ducts in the liver or gallbladder bile duct. Other possibilities include hormone secreting tumors. She should definitely see her doctor for evaluation for this.

Needs more info: The symptoms you described are pretty vague. Has she been complaining of abdominal pain, nausea, loss of appetite, or yellow discoloration of eye? If yes, liver or bile duct pathology should be suspected. Check with her PCP.
