Upon ejaculation i felt a sharp pain in the bottom right side of the shaft of penis and there was some swelling(no bruising). swelling went away but dull pain and three lumps on side of penis appeared. penis is more curved to left. what is the cause?

Penile lesions: If lumps are bruise related, and filled with blood then lesions are purplish and gradually become smaller in the absence of further trauma. If not, get tested for sexually transmitted diseases and treatment accordingly. Please See an urologist for diagnosis and care.
