Im on trivora and at the thrird week of second package i've taken it well why do i have painfull cramps two weeks before period?it comes and goesallday

Possible cyst: Trivora is a low dose pill and while effective for birth control might not be strong enough to totally suprress your ovaries and that allows possible cysts (usually small) that could explain symptoms. Might want to try a stronger pill or even one of the pills where you can even skip your periods and see if that helps. If not my next rec would be to get a sonogram to check uterus and ovaries.
