A member asked:

What are symptoms of partial torsion of a testicle?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Testicular Torsion: Partial torsion is an incomplete twisting of the testicle on the spermatic cord. This still results in a reduction of blood flow to the testicle. Like complete torsion, partial torsion presents with sudden severe testicular/scrotal/abdominal pain possibly with associated nausea, vomiting, or fever. Partial torsion can lead to complete torsion, so surgery is typically recommended.
