I would not: A four month old has a tiny nose that reacts to any dust/fragrance/smoke/irritants with internal swelling and congestion.Please avoid Vicks.I NEVER recommend it before school age. Saline nasal wash can remove irritants and help, but removing sources of airway irritants is best for long term benefit.
