I am having periods twice in a month. i had my periods on the 7th of august 2020 and on monday which was the 31st i had periods also. this is the first time experiencing this. i'm not having any menstrual symptoms or cramps?

Frequent "periods": Irregular bleeding can occur in early pregnancy occurring outside the uterus (ectopic). Obtain a serum HCG test if pregnancy is possible to be certain. Other causes include fibroid tumors, uterine polyps, delays of ovulation. See your gyn physician if the HCG test is negative.
