Ab pain 7 yo: May be hunger pains in AM, full bladder, urine infection, constipation/ need to have bowel movement .How long does it last? Is it only on arising in AM or when getting up from seated position or is it there all day ? What relieves it - bowel movement ? urinating? eating ( i.e. AM hunger pains)? Fever? Odors? Nausea/ vomiting? If lower right side may be appendicitis( go to ER) F/U/ w MD
