Delayed menses: If you have confirmed your "not pregnant" status with a negative pregnancy test, then your period is "delayed" for hormonal reasons. At age 31 it is not likely due to early menopause, however a GYN MD can run a FSH blood test if your period is delayed by more than 45 days to address your concern.
