A member asked:

My twin was diagnosed with breast cancer. i don't show any signs but i was to check for any type of cancer. how do i go about it.. without being poked for each type of cancer. is there a 1test that i can do that will determine if i have it or not.

Agree with Dr. B: If you twin is an identical twin, it is especially important that you be monitored closely for breast cancer, with or without the results of genetic testing. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
