Gastritis/ulcer?: This group of symptoms often points to irritation of the stomach, either generalized (gastritis) or localized (ulcer), but disorders of liver/pancreas & a few others are also possible. Antacids plus either Pepcid (famotidine) or omeprazole (Prilosec) /Prevacid (lansoprazole)/Protonix (pantoprazole) & avoidance of alcohol/acidic foods/smoking can hel but see Dr for eval if worse/no better
