I have pcos on y both ovaries and my menstruation is irregular, i'm taking pills a year and a half now, i want to stop my pills and i want to get pregnant. is there a chance that i could get pregnant?

Yes.: Polycystic ovary syndrome does decrease your fertility but most women with PCOS do become mothers. I would advise you to try to conceive after you discontinue the birth control pills and if you are not successful after six months you should make an appointment with a gynecologic endocrinologist who would give you specific recommendations to enhance your fertility. If you are over 30 don't wait.
