See a psychiatrist: That’s what psychiatrists are for. Try to search for a good psychiatrist or a psychologist in your area and probably you will get the right diagnosis. Do not assume you have it until consulting; but do not rule it out either. That is the first step. Hopefully it will be reassuring, whatever the result. Assessment: Agree with Dr. Satulovsky. Bipolar Disorder is not always easy to diagnosis - especially on the lower end of the bipolar spectrum. Work with a good psychiatrist or clinic psychologist to get an accurate assessment and treatment plan. Take care.
