Options: If you have a "Barracuda" feeder it often helps to begin feeds before the kid is fully awake, placing them to the breast while asleep on a schedule you define. This often allows them to become partly satisfied before they begin to fuss. It may do the trick. Also see if there are breastfeeding coaches in your region that can assist.
