Need more info: Are you sure that the blood came out of your urethra and not vagina. Minor bleeding in early pregnancy is not uncommon. If you get cramps and/or vaginal bleeding, it would be prudent to seek healthcare. Consult your gynecologist for the sake of your and your baby's health. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
