Vaginal discharge: Neo-penotran is a combination of metronidazole (for trichomonas or bacterial vaginosis) and miconazole (for yeast infection). It treats only those conditions, but here are several other possible causes of vaginal discharge or inflammation found by pap smear. "What should I do?" Contact or obstetrician (or whoever prescribed the treatment) for additional evaluation and advice. Good luck.
