Vaginal discharge: Neo-penotran is a combination of metronidazole (for trichomonas or bacterial vaginosis) and miconazole (for yeast infection). It treats only those conditions, but here are several other possible causes of vaginal discharge or inflammation found by pap smear. "What should I do?"
