Symptoms: Permanent teeth should not fall out on their own. Black gums are not normal. Couple this with halitosis and you are describing a wide-spread infection that can travel to other organ systems. You are too young at 20 to have anything like this. Immediately see a local Dentist for evaluation and treatment. Please go as soon as possible.
