Quarantine: Please isolate yourself from family and community for 2 weeks. It is also important to let your close contacts know that you tested positive so they can take appropriate measures. If you have any symptoms, please share them with your physician. The majority of Covid19 cases can be managed at home but there are potentially life-threatening complications.

COVID 19: Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
