Seek evaluation!: If you can't walk, and/or if the pain is severe, you should seek rapid evaluation with complete history/physical and then proper spine imaging (usually x-rays first, but often then MRI if the x-rays are not completely conclusive). Seek the exact source of the pain and it can likely be treated. You are too young for this!
