Of course,...: If no penis has enter the area of the vagina. A woman is officially a virgin until a penis enters her vagina. That means she is officially a virgin until a penis enters her vagina. That's all there is to the definition. Hymens don't count and don't matter. To make hymens matter is highly discriminatory towards girls and women. This generation must make hymens irrelevant. Equality for all, today.

Door with opening: The hymen is usually a thin layer of tissue with a central window/opening. It is like a door to the vagina with an opening to let menstrual flow exit. A few women are born without one or loose it in non-sexual events in childhood. In most their first penetrating sex will tear it open completely. Most cultures consider you a virgin if you have not sex with a partner.

Agree with Dr. F: If a penis has not entered your vagina, you are a virgin. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
