Possibly migraines: Your headaches may be migranious and/or complicated migraines. There are dozens of other questions to be asked before considering treatment, so please see a headache specialist. To rule out something more serious, like an intracranial lesion, I would recommend a prompt visit for full exam and brain imaging as well.
