Im 39 weeks pregnant, with very painful hemrhoids, i cant sit or stand for long.. i used witch hazel, and remican gel as well as sitz bath, nothing is helping the pain. please advise what else i could use, the hemrhoids are hanging out?

Difficult!. : Ultimately nothing will help the hemorrhoid but delivery of the baby (it will be soon though!) to remove the pressure on those veins. Sitting n an inflatable donut/ring takes the pressure off the hemorrhoids themselves . I am not familiar with remican gel but if it does not have a steroid in it then you should try a steroid cream/gel to help soothe the hemorrhoids. General surgeon advice?
