I have cut in my right nostril that has been bothering me for about a week. since friday night, i developed a sharp and throbbing pain on the right side of my face, and it has been getting worse. i feel pressure on my right eye and vision is blurred.

See Dr ASAP: Most of us carry MRSA (resistant staph bacteria) in the nose & a cut like that could get infected with it (or other bacteria) & spread to surrounding areas. I strongly recommend a thorough Dr eval ASAP by your Dr or go to ER: if there is involvement around the eye that can be very serious.
