How do you treat headaches, body aches, vomiting, fever, ear aches, inflammation of the ear, really tired and congestion?

Hard to say: This collection of symptoms can be a self resolving virus or the first stage of a major illness. A full review of past & present history, exam & maybe some tests would be required to understand the likely cause. Only with more information could you understand the cause & how to manage it.

Agree with Dr. F: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may take acetaminophen for fever, stay hydrated with water/juice/electrolyte drinks. If it is not better in a day it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
