Indigestion: The burning discomfort of indigestion is classically felt in the chest and/or upper abdomen. Belching with sour eructations may also occur. Umbilical discomfort is more apt to be due to small intestinal causes or an umbilical hernia. See your physician or a gastroenterologist as needed if symptoms persist or worsen.
