Safe PG running?: Exercise in pregnancy is recommended provided there is no vaginal bleeding, ruptured membranes, premature labor or pain. However, running in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy is a "gravitational risk" for the "baggage" that you are carrying at that point. Please check with your OB MD who is providing care for you and medically knows your pregnancy health status before engaging in exercise.
