which herbs are safe during pregnancy?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Jeff Livingston
21 years experience Obstetrics and Gynecology
None needed: There is no scientific evidence that one should take any herbs during pregnancy as they do not benefit you. Take a Folic Acid vitamin or a prenatal vitamin and you are good to go.
