Probably safe: Please speak with your own physician about this first. There are no problems with alpha-lipoic acid or nac and quetiapine, but there's a possible interaction with milk thistle. There's contradictory evidence aboutit increasing, decreasing, or having no effect on the liver enzyme system that processes quetiapine. In 1 human study milk thistle didn't affect these enzymes -- so with caution, ok.
