Birth control : If this is one of the first months you are taking this birth control, it can be the cause of the bleeding, it takes 2-3 months for your body to accept the hormones and normalize your cycle.

Some hormone birth : Hormone birth control meds may not prevent bleeding between periods.You may need to talk to your doctor about an examination.Then might need to change medication
