Anus: This small bump could be a cyst or ingrown hair. Lack of pain or tenderness rules out an infection such as a perianal pustule or abscess. The color of your anus doesn't suggest any pathology. To relieve itch, apply warm compresses, pat dry and apply a cortisone type ointment. See your MD as needed.
