Ovary removed ?'s: Removal of one ovary will usually not affect normal cycling, however, operative stress can delay ovulation, and your next period may be delayed. Ask your gyn about low dose oral BCP's, to preserve fertility options and decrease odds of additional pathology affecting your remaining ovary.
