Hi, what could cause the female genital to have an overpowering bad smell but no sign of any sores or anything. just a really unbearable bad smell during sex.

Vaginal infection: A bad vaginal odor is usually present before sexual activity and is enhanced during sex. She should see a GYN MD for assessment for a bacterial vaginal infection. General rule of thumb, If your nose will not allow you to get close enough to engage in physical/sexually activity, then don't.
