Stop using it: Panderm is an irrational mix of antibiotics and a potent steroid that will end up disfiguring you. I hope you are not trying to lighten your complexion; beyond using sunscreen it can't be done safely. Get with a scientific physician and get treated for your acne; benzoyl peroxide, topical Clindamycin &/or other rx's will work but you must stop using the stuff that caused the troubles.
