Doxycline: Most people take doxycyline one hour before or two hours after meals for full absorption. You can take probiotics if it is bothering your GI tract. If it is still a problem, some people will take it with milk or food - just be aware that it could decrease the amount of doxycline absorbed. Taking crystalized ginger can also combat nausea.
