No: Masturbation before having an IUD removed should not cause any problems. Having an IUD removed us cause some discomfort but it is not severe usually

Masturbation: Agree with Dr. Kuitems. It does not matter it you masturbate before you IUD is removed. There usually aren't any tell-tale signs of masturbation - but even it there were , do you really think the doctor cares if you masturbate or not?
