Maggot: You may feel nauseated because you saw a maggot and wonder if you ingested one. Have you ever seen survival shows, people eat maggots often. If you ate a maggot it is not likely to harm you. However, if the ham or other food items were rotten or had other contaminants - that is a different issue.
